The experience begins with a gentle, guided mental health awareness session. Instead of lectures or heavy theory, participants are invited to reflect on how stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue show up in everyday life — at work, at home, and internally.
For many teams, this is the first time mental well-being is talked about openly in a shared space. The session helps normalise these conversations, reminding participants that stress is common, manageable, and not something they need to face alone.

Rejuvenate: Stepping Out of the Office Mindset

Once the mental load is acknowledged, the programme shifts into a lighter, more playful energy.
Teams take part in low-impact indoor Olympic-style games designed to be inclusive, fun, and stress-free. These activities don’t require athletic ability or competition-driven performance. Instead, they focus on movement, laughter, and collaboration.
As participants step away from their desks and roles, something powerful happens:
